We are a group of Kwinana residents who have come together and initiated Kwinana Community Gardens Inc as the business entity for a local, distributed way to produce good food for our members and the community.

We are advocates for a model of sustainable urban agriculture that seeks to use the land and skills of local residents to produce a sustainable, low cost supply of nutritious food.

We aim to provide the resources to educate those wanting to learn how to produce their own food and to create a micro economy that supports work and incomes from the production of an excess for sale and donation to those in need.

Our first plot is in the planning stages to be established on a drainage reserve on land supplied by the City of Kwinana who have been enthusiastic supporters and advocates for the program.

This first garden is sited by the Kwinana Seniors Club who we are in negotiations with to establish a permanent water supply and an enduring realtionship
